The contemporary seaside building hosts two restaurants, the second one being NOA that has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
Michelin Guide Estonia 2023 recommends a total of 34 fine-dining restaurants over the country.

VR Dinners in Tallinn
Virtual Reality dinners at PROTO Invention Factory is a fascinating new experience for all your senses! Enjoy a combination of Estonian flavours set in a 4-course dinner with virtual reality journey through Estonian landscapes.
Each bite is a mosaic of local and seasonal ingredients, prepared with love and plated with love and tenderness to create harmony for your eyes and taste buds. The chef is a master at blending different techniques and arts to highlight each ingredient‘s best properties and making sure that the ensemble of all the fresh and local flavours is absolutely scrumptious.
You will be aksed to remove the virtual reality glasses during the meal as the playful experiences will take place in between courses and they last 3 minutes at a time. The experience combining dinner and virtual reality will unfold in front of the entire group at the same time and last for 2 hours in total.
The virtual reality dinner begins at 7 PM and can be ordered in Estonian, English and Finnish languages.
The dinner can be enjoyed by a group of 24 to 40 people at a time.

Located in new developing area - Noblessner district, Proto Invention Factory presents an industrial venue with history for unqiue-atmoshpere events.
Originally a submarine factory set up in 1912 , now the building has an educational family centre-museum.
